It shows Colin Baker as the 6th Doctor Who and his companion Perpugilliam “Peri” Brown played by Nicola Bryant. This image was from the Classic Dr. Who series. At the bottom, there is a BBC copyright with the year 1984 and a license by Barbara Elder Corp. in the back, there is a small stamp in the upper left corner. I have no idea what it means and it does not show through when viewing the front. ****************************** My brother, David, lived in Studio City and worked in the film industry.
