Description: Snoop Doggy Dogg 'Doggystyle' [Death Row & Interscope Records 1993] Sealed 1st US Pressing by Atlantic Records with Digalog Superior Quality Sticker IGS Graded 8 Case with 8.5 Seal Highly regarded as 'one of the most important hip-hop albums ever released'[acclaimedmusic.net]. Fresh off of debuting his mic skills on Dr. Dre's 'The Chronic' (1992), it was only right that Snoop Doggy Dogg continued his mainstream prominence with creating this G-Funk masterpiece. 'Doggystyle' was released on cassette first on November 10, 1993. One day later, "Who AmI? (What's My Name)" was released as a single. This first pressing includes "Gz Up, Hoes Down" which was later taken out due to sample clearance issues. Only original pressings also list the track "Tha Next Episode" but isn't actually on the album. While Dr. Dre has been recognized as producing the album, Daz Dillinger & Warren G were initially the ones who found the beats which were enhanced by Dre afterwords. During recording, Snoop was arrested in connection to the death of a rival gang member where he didn't stand to trial until 1995. Shipped USPS with insurance Global shipping applies
