Last page has 1/2" piece out of the lower right corner.Covers: Interior edges have started to tan. 1" spine split along bottom left edge.Front Cover: Corners are rounded. Lower right corner has 1/8" piece out. Stress lines along right edge.Back Cover: Lower right corner has a 1/2" piece out. Three 1/4" water spots along the right border. Upper left corner is sharp. Right corners are rounded. Upper left corner has a 2" fold.I would grade the covers at Fine minus.
