It matches all the criteria in this listing and is from my personal collection from the 70's. My habit was to record and store away for decades. This particular record has likely only been played a couple times and is in near mint condition. The Jacket and liner are NM as well. There are no wear rings, slits, markings on the the jacket or the liner. As for the record, there are some spindle marks on side B next to the center hole but otherwise it's in great condition. I only grade visually as I no longer have a turntable but this vinyl is glossy and has no scuffs or marks other than the spindle marks on one side only as mentioned. I also am no longer set up for cleaning vinyl so there is nominal dust and very minute smudges possible. You will want to give all new vinyl a thorough cleaning anyway, I apologize I'm not able to do it. Thanks for looking.
