I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. USC and LSC have light scuffing. Front and back covers' top and bottom edges have light shelf-scuffing if any, with an additional tiny scuff on the back's top near its middle. FTOC, FBOC, and BBOC possess tiny scuffs/bends, they go lightly thru ~10 pages each. BTOC has minimal wear. Back cover has a small crease/depression near its center (photo#10 w/illumination), shows as a small/light indent on ~1/2 pages. ***Vol 2: Great overall condition, with a solid spine and excellent overall inside pages; few and lesser signs of wear. USC and LCS have light scuffing, USC has light compression around where it meets the back cover. Front and back covers' top edges have little if any shelf-wear. Their bottom edges have some light shelf-scuffing, each with 2 additional tiny scuffs. FTOC, FBOC, and BBOC possess tiny scuffs/bends, they go lightly thru ~25 pages each (FTOC only thru ~10). BTOC has minimal wear. ~10 pages near book's middle have a small/light indent around their top outer corners. ***Vol 3: Great overall condition, with a solid spine and excellent inside pages; has 1 small edge ding, with few and lesser signs of primarily external wear. USC and LSC have light scuffing, USC has an additional tiny indent around where it meets the back cover. Front and back covers' top edges have little if any shelf-wear other than a ~1" scuff on the front near the spine corner. Their bottom edges have some light shelf-scuffing, each with 2 additional tiny scuffs. Front's bottom edge has an additional small scuff/indent towards the outer corner. FTOC, FBOC, BTOC, and BBOC all possess tiny scuffs/bends, the tops' go thru ~25 pages each lightly, the bottoms' thru ~15 pages each. FBOC and BBOCs' also have tiny indents. Front cover has a light ~1.5" horizontal scratch near the bottom edge's middle, and a small ding/depression towards the FTOC.
