Frequently Asked Questions Q1: What are the dimensions of the model? 1/10th scale: ~8? tall 1/8th scale: ~10? tall 1/6th scale: ~12? tall 1/4th scale: ~18? tall These measurements are approximate, as factors like pose, artistic style, and proportions can affect the final size. If exact dimensions are critical for you, contact us before ordering. Custom adjustments may be possible for an additional fee. Note: We aren?t responsible for size-related dissatisfaction if no clarification was requested before purchase. Q2: When will my item ship? / Why hasn?t it shipped yet? Our handling time is 10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). This is noted on: 1.The item page (below the price and ?Add to Cart? button). 2.Your order form and purchase confirmation. We?ve recently reduced handling time from 15 to 10 business days, with plans to lower it further to 5-7 days soon! Shipping Service: We use USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail for all orders. Shipping times depend on weight, distance, and the service selected. If you need your order urgently, please message us before placing your order to discuss options. Q3: Why does it take so long to get my order? We?re a print-on-demand business, producing each order in the sequence it?s received. Large orders and high-demand times can increase production times. We?re working hard to improve processing speed without compromising quality. Thanks for your patience and understanding! Q4: Why haven?t you answered my messages yet? We aren?t ignoring you?we promise! We respond to messages within 24-48 hours during our business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST). Messages are managed on our computer system, not our phones, so we can focus on production during work hours. Please remember: kindness and patience go a long way in resolving issues quickly! Q5: Do you sell painted models? Not yet! At this time, all our models are unpainted (noted in the title, item specifics, and this FAQ). Painting options are in the works, so stay tuned for updates! Q6: My order arrived incomplete or damaged?what do I do? 1.Check if your order has multiple tracking numbers. Larger models may ship in multiple boxes. 2.If confirmed parts are missing or damaged, contact us immediately. We?ll reprint and ship missing or damaged parts as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we resolve the issue. Q7: Can this be printed in ___ scale? Yes! Most models can be scaled to your preference. Message us with your desired scale for details. Additional fees may apply for large-scale adjustments. Q8: Will you accept offers or give bulk discounts? No, we don?t accept offers or negotiate prices. However, we regularly run sales and promotions, so keep an eye out! Q9: Will this model come with multiple head options? For 1/6th scale models and smaller, up to 3 head variants are usually included if available. For 1/4th scale, we typically include 2 heads. For busts, 1 head is standard, but additional options may be available upon request. Q10: Will there be post-processing (sanding, trimming) involved? Yes, some finishing work is required, as with most 3D-printed models. You may need tools like sandpaper, files, or putty for minor adjustments. We minimize the work required by using small supports during printing, but some cleaning is still part of the model-building process. Additional Questions Q11: What adhesive do you recommend? We suggest two-part epoxy for most projects or CA Glue (superglue) with an activator for quick bonds. Magnets are also great for interchangeable parts! Q12: What resin do you use? We use a mix of Sunlu resins (standard, ABS-like, and tough) for durability and detail. Q13: What printers do you use? Our workshop features over 30 printers, including Elegoo Saturn 2/3 and Anycubic M3 Max machines with 8K-12K resolution. Q14: Why does 1/4 scale take longer? 1/4 scale models are larger, more intricate, and often require custom adjustments or specialized printing techniques.
