Description: The Dana Girls was printed in three separate runs: 1934 to about 1944, 1949 to 1968, and from 1972 to 1979 using the same plates. This is the second run which went into print with this current dust jacket style shown. There was no Carolyn Keene. Dana Girls, Nancy Drew and many others were written by the Stratemeyer Syndicate. Very good hardcover with little discoloration on top page edges. Front inside hinge is cracked but fully intact. Bright dust jacket has edgewear and few stains. Much nicer in mylar cover. Nice, tight clean copy with no remainder marks, writing, names, underlining, highlighting. We have been selling used and rare books for over thirty years.
