Cute Blonde SL Skipper #950 Wearing Junior Bridesmaid ~ Almost Complete ~ # 1934

Description: This listing is for a cute, blonde vintage Straight Leg Skipper doll by Mattel. She is wearing the hard to find Junior Bridesmaid outfit. The style number of the doll is 950 and the outfit is 1934. This outfit is in overall excellent vintage condition and is almost complete. It is missing the slip that is worn underneath the dress. This set comes with the hard to find floral headpiece and plastic basket of flowers. It doesn’t look like any of the flowers are missing from either piece. The basket also has its original pink ribbon. It comes with short white gloves (slight yellowing), short white socks, and a pair of light pink flat shoes marked Japan. The dress has the Skipper tag Inside. Unfortunately, there are a few tiny holes in the tulle overlay on the dress (see last few photos). They are towards the left side of the dress and in the back, so they are not really noticeable when on display. As a matter of fact, I didn’t even know they were there until I took these photos. Skipper is in nice vintage condition. I don’t see any green, pinpricks, or chew marks. I do think her lips have been retouched, but I believe the rest of her facial paint is original. Her hair feels a little on the dry side, and her bangs look a little fluffier and possibly shorter than they were originally. However, I don’t think it was cut since the length in back is long and even. This item comes from a non-smoking home.
