Description: This auction is for a brand new set of four (4) '97 - '04 C5 Corvette LED Tail Lights. These lights are a direct replacement for the stock tail lights. They are much brighter than stock and come with 52 LED bulbs in each light. These lights are plug and play as they have the pigtail harness that will plug right into the factory harness. 1. Simply remove the two screws that hold each of your factory tail light on2. Pull out the factory socket from the factory housing by twisting it counter clockwise3. Remove the factory halogen bulb by pulling it from the factory socket4. Plug in the pigtail harness on the new lights to the factory harness red wire side from pigtail to blue wire side of socket5. Test for correct polarity and reverse if they don't light6. Install the screws removed in #17. Enjoy your new LED tail lights There are also hyperflash resistors installed so you won't have the typical LED hyperflash issue after they are installed. All connectors are soldered and sealed with waterproof heat shrink connectors. As noted above, unlike the stock halogen bulbs which will light no matter how they are plugged in, LED bulbs need to be plugged in with the correct polarity. In almost all cases, the red wire side of the pigtail connector on the lights should be oriented and plugged into the blue wire side of the factory harness. If they don't light, simply reverse the orientation of the connection.
