Book is in good shape, some light wear, nice gilt lettering, binding is okay -- partially cracking about 1/4" at top and bottom on front and back covers, some yellowing, some possible light water? damage on bottom edges -- mainly around covers, slight cover creasing on back cover, clean pages.
