I only ever use Canada Post when I have to, I have been delivering domestically for years using much cheaper alternatives such as ICS Express and Uni Uni, this remains unchanged. Slight delays are expected as these carriers take on additional packages due to the strike. I may not be able to mail to some rural addresses that are not serviced by courier companies.
