Cover shows only minor edge-wear to cover, plus sign of repair to one edge of spine cover. A 4-inch surface tear on cover back fabric has been touched up. Gold lettering clear but faded on spine. Hinges/binding are strong/tight. No owner name. Very little or no apparent age-tanning to the heavy paper, which remains strong. Interior is clean, without marks, creases, stains or tears. Book is strong/sturdy for normal use. Collectible.
