Comedy/Spoken Vinyl Record Albums - Sahl, Freberg, Smothers Brothers

Description: All these albums need cleaning as they have not been played in years. Specific comments about records and/or sleeves and/or vinyl follow. Unless indicated otherwise, the covers, sleeves, and vinyl are in visually good condition, with no scratches or apparent damage, but often some light scuffing. I have not played them, as I no longer possess a record player. These albums are from my mother's estate; I have sold through my personal eBay page many albums, and all that I have received feedback on are positive, noting that the album was as described or better, and that the albums were well-packaged. From smoke-free home. STAN FREBERG -Best of Stan Freberg is in original shrink wrap (opened and played) with Capitol Record sticker. SM2020. Cover is in excellent condition, Plain white sleeve. -Stan Freberg with the Original Cast, Capitol, SM-1242, poly sleeve, some wear to cover corners and slight ring wear at top. Poly sleeve is cut along top side. This album should play OK, but has some scuffing and more wear than any of the others, probably because we played it a lot in our youth! You get both Freberg albums for $14.95. SMOTHERS BROTHERS -at the Purple Onion. Mercury Records MG 20611 / SR 60611, heavy plastic cover over album cover, Some corner wear to cover, and damage in upper right corner, no interior sleeve. -Golden Hits Vol 2, Mercury Records SR 61089, cover nice, some ring wear, multicolor Decca Albums sleeve in nice condition (obviously not the one it belongs in, since it is not a Decca record). -think ethnic! Mercury Records, MG20777, cover has some edge and corner wear and is slightly dirty, including some staining on top part (front and back), original Mercury Records sleeve in very nice condition (small edge split, about 2", in bottom center), album has some light scuffing and is quite dirty, but should play find once cleaned. -mom always liked you best! Mercury Records MG 21051, in remains of original shrink wrap, some corner wear to open edges, original Mercury Records sleeve in excellent condition, some light scratches to album which may be audible. -it must have been something I said! Mercury Records MG 20904, SR 60904, cover has significant water damage/staining to lower right corner as pictured and the lower right corner is substantially worn. Mercury sleeve also shows staining from water damage. Light scuffing on album, and a discolored area about 1" x 1/2" that might clean off, but I don't know what it is and what it is from so I don't know if it will affect album play much. You get all 5 Smothers Brothers albums for $16.95. MORT SAHL-cover art for Way of Life is by David Stone Martin-Splits to top of album covers for At the Hungry i, A Way of Life, and 1960. Split at bottom album cover At the Hungry i. -All albums have inner poly sleeve except Way of Life, which is paper. Way of Life also has external poly cover protecting sleeve. -At Sunset (red vinyl) and 1960 have side labels adhered for ease of location on the record shelves.-Ring wear for Watergate, at Sunset, and 1960-All Mort Sahl albums have surficial vinyl scuffing that should not significantly affect playability, except for 1960 which has some serious scratches, primarily on Side A, that may affect playability.
