He has extensive experience in hospitals, community mental health clinics and private practice, providing counselling to children, youth, adults, couples and families. Don was also a part-time professor in child and youth counsellor programs at colleges and university for over ten years. Retiring in December 2022 from the hospital scene, Don is continuing with his private practice in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
