Description: This 1969 stereo album from the Angel label of EMI Records (S-36585) features performances of Maurice Ravel's Concerto in G (featuring Nicole Henriot-Schweitzer on piano) and Arthur Honegger's Symphony No. 2, both performed by the Orchestre de Paris and conducted by Charles Munch. These recordings were intended to be part of a longer series, but the conductor passed away in November of 1968, about six weeks after recording the Ravel piece. Album notes are in English. There is a small collection index sticker on the upper-right corner of the back.
