QUINCY ILL. *** Nice Old Country Store Piece *** MEASUREMENTS: base is 13" long x 4 1/4" x 8 1/2" tall, weighs 5 lbs 7 oz. CONDITION: Very good condition with any minimal wear or aging as seen, EXCEPT there is one broken tooth on the mechanism and that is the tooth needed to start to lift the blade. If you manually lift the blade up, the lever will then engage the blade the rest of the way up. One could probably rebuild up the missing tooth with a liquid steel type material if desired. There are no cracks to the front, back and base castings. I figure that it was repainted sometime in the past, but looks nice and uniform.
