Returns are not accepted, because vinyl decals cannot be re-used. If for any reason your item is damaged in the mail, contact me. You have 24 hours from the time the package is delivered to report ANY damage. After that we will NOT replace damaged decals. Photo's will need to be taken to prove damage PRIOR to installation. Once decal has been applied to any surface, return policy becomes 100% void since decal can not be re-used. Any questions, it is our job to help you. If 3 weeks has gone by and you have still not received your decal, please contact to discuss replacement. HOW TO INSTALL: 1) Before applying please make sure you are mounting to a smooth, clean, dry surface free of wax, dirt and oil. 2) Peel the decal along with the transfer tape slowly away from the paper backing making sure all the decal is still attached to the transfer tape. 3) Rub the decal onto the mounting surface through the transfer tape. 4) SLOWLY remove the transfer tape from the decal making sure all parts of the decal remain stuck to the mounting surface. 5) Application of the decal works best when the mounting surface is between 65 & 100 degrees. DAMAGE ONLY OCCURS WHEN DECALS ARE: (1) Not properly installed or area is not cleaned prior to install. (2) They are neglected by not following the instructions. If you have questions, please ask!
