Description: Featured is an antique 1909 Christmas postcard depicting a classic rendering of Belsnickel (not really Santa Claus even though many think they are one and the same) ... shows him entering a village pre Christmas to warn boys and girls (with a bit of switching if necessary) that they must be good in order to receive a visit from Santa Claus / St Nick, delivering good things. I have never seen a PC that so perfectly captures the sad visage of the classic Belsnickel. It is why it is one of my favorites!
