Free Shipping on Purchases of 5 or More Maps and Prints Description: It is an authentic antique map approximately 194 years old from a circa 1824 edition of Goldsmith's A Grammar of General Geography for the use of Schools and Young Persons (London: Longman & Co, no date). It is drawn and engraved by Sydney Hall whose name appears in the bottom right margin. The publisher's address is in the bottom center. A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Size: The map image measures approximately 6 3/4 by 7 1/2 inches (17x19cm) on a 7 1/2 by 8 1/2" page (19x22cm) with a margin all around for framing. Condition: The map is in Good to Very Good condition with light tonal aging with two vertical and two horizontal folds as issued, binding edge left untrimmed, blank on the reverse. There is minor wear on the edges and some light browning, otherwise clean of any distracting defects, see the pics for more on condition. Pics are of the actual map.
