This ‘Truck Norris’ grind gives an additional 1500 RPM of usable operating range while maintaining drivability. On the BTR Dyno, we saw gains over the factory cam everywhere above the 2000 RPM start point. At 6000 RPM, a gain of 71 HP and 62 lb/ft. The ‘Truck Norris’ continues to pull strong to 7000 RPM! RPM Operating Range: 1500-7000 Idle Quality: Great rumble sound without sacrificing factory comforts Chop Scale: 5/7 (Caution: may cause people to ask “That thang gotta Hemi?”) Expected Cam Swap Gains: 69 Horsepower, 18 lb/ft, extra 1500 RPM of operating range Torque Converter Characteristics: Works well with factory converters!
