If the record comes with a printed inner sleeve the record will be sent in a plain white inner to prevent damage to the inner sleeve as well, If you do not want this carried out and wish to receive your LP completely sealed then you must message us with your request immediately after purchase or leave a note in the paypal comments box. If you request that your LP remains sealed however, it is at your own risk and we will not provide reimbursement or replacements for record sleeves damaged in this way. We will of course package your item with tender loving care either way. All items are new and official releases in most cases sourced directly from the labels that release them. Returns are only accepted on faulty items. Please read postage info carefully before purchasing Due to the latest changes to the UK postal services we reccomend that our customers select the option for recorded/confirmed delivery for all orders with a retail value of over £20 and special delivery orders with a retail value of over £50.
