Complete and works perfectly While the box is beat up, this box was out BEFORE the came up with the whole Wolfpack idea. Dr Steel was originally going to be an opponent of Jim’s. Soon after the figure was released, he was pulled and repackaged as part of the Pack Team! There is no hand tattoo as this was BEFORE they did them!
