Description: This is a rare May 16th, 2000 programme (playbill) from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art productions of the ANTON CHEKHOV plays "PLATONOV", "THE WOOD DEMON" and "IVANOV" at LAMDA's MacOwan Theatre in Kensington, London. (Each production played two performances beginning with "Platonov" on May 16th and 17th, 2000, "The Wood Demon" on May 16th and 18th, 2000 and "Ivanov" on May 17th and 18th, 2000.) ..... The cast of "Platonov" included BENEDICT CUMBERBATCH, who graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 2000 and was named the Academy's President in 2018.
