Description: This is a very nicely marked Botswana Agate cabochon. This unique variety of agate is known for it striking color and distinctive banding. It also takes a very nice polish. This piece is available because I'm currently in the process of liquidating my stock of cabochons and faceted gems, as arthritis is preventing me from making much new jewelry. Over the last 20 years I have acquired lots (too many, actually!) of really beautiful specimens, but now is the time for me to retire.
