Description: A rare, beautiful and totally original triple stepped 14k case made by A. & M. Favre & Perret- La Chaux-de-Fonds. They made cases not onlyfor Movado, but other highly coveted brands such as Omega, Vacheron Constantin, Rolex and Patek Philippe. For the latter they were even in the illustrious circle of case makers providing Ellipse, ref. 3940 as well as Nautilus (ref.3700) cases. What makes this one extra beautiful to me are the applied Breguet numerals and the double signed dial by J. Resch Fils, a jeweller founded in 1837 in Austria, before moving to Romania in the early 1900s when this piece would have been originally sold. Movado Ref.41769 w/ Cal. 150MN Serial 155582 with matching case ID. Case measures 29mm x 36mm & 15mm lug width. Comes with a custom made olive green buttero strap made by the talented @the_ambedo_watchstraps The watch runs but hasn’t been checked with a timegrapher. As a vintage item it could benefit from a service .
