The cap is made out of a soft dark blue cotton material. The color is dark blue with red, white and blue stitching. Take a close look at the rim, there is flag detailing. The back of the hat on the strap stated "Vote Republican". The inside has a tag stating it was made in the USA. Please look at all pictures and ask questions.
