The movement and case are signed Bailey Banks and Biddle. The movement is also signed Patek Phillipe. The serial numbers on the case, cuvette and movement match, 147XXX. Case is marked 18k. The dial has no cracks that I can see. The bezel has multiple marks from 9 o’clock around the top to 3 o’clock. I’m not sure what caused the spots. The movement is marked Special and is patented Jan 13, 1891. Case snaps tight and has no loose hinges. Watch measures 45mm across and weighs about 45.7 dwt total.
