We cannot correct a problem if we do not know about it. SHIPPING: We use recycled materials for packaging/shipping! We ship out the same day if payment is received by 12 PM (CST)/2 PM (PST). Packing your item is of the utmost importance and we pack each item for a successful shipping result. With some items we may be double boxing just to do everything we can to get the product to you unbroken. We try to offer free shipping but if we cannot we try to keep our shipping as reasonable as possible. For heavy items, we utilize UPS or FEDEX. This will be shipped either FEDEX GROUND or USPS PRIORITY depending on what is better cost-wise. We do use the most competitive means of shipping value and speed of shipping depending on where you are located. Shipping address will be the address you have in the system. PAYMENT: Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made during those 3 days. RETURN POLICY: We do our best to accurately describe every item.
