The patented shaft seal prevents leaks caused by misalignment, and the caulked and tinned wiring eliminates wicking, prevents water damage, and resists corrosion. The pump’s rugged, glass- and mineral-filled polymer body withstands hull pounding, bilge environments, and deteriorating effects of plasticizers in hoses. The double-filter base resists clogging, and no mounting brackets are necessary for installation. The T500 has a barbed ¾-inch outlet. This is a 12-volt pump connected with 29-inch wire.
