Description: Stunning antique Villeroy & Boch Schramberg majolica centerpiece/ jardiniere/console highly decorated bowl. I believe this piece dates to the late 1800's. It features medallions on the long sides with 2 lovebirds?. They are surrounded with flowers and scroll patterning. The underside is embossed with "V&B S" and the numbers "587." The condition is very good for the age, all I note are 5 spots where the glaze has chipped off, the worst is shown in the last photo. There is surface scratching on the interior. There are no chips out of the ceramic, no cracks or repairs. Enlarge and look at all photos for more details on condition, design and size.
