Description: Antique Villery and Boch Edelweiss theme ceramic plate made in the Schramberg factory in Germany in the late 1880's. It is stamped VBS 1664 7 . The flowers are recessed amid a light wine colored backing. It has 3 imprint marks on the back (see pictures) that were part of the original creation process. There are a couple chips on the bottom rim that are of the same color as the plate so may have been incurred during making. 7.75'' diam. I do everything in my power to insure that your purchase gets to you safely and pack very well. If it should be damaged in shipping please remember to keep the packaging as well as the item. Contact me directly with photographs of both the item and packaging materials. You will need to bring the item to the post office with the original box and packing materials for submission. No insurance claim can be submitted without these documents.
