Some light scratches/marks, de-silvering specks on beveled glass mirror. Marked on the back PAT APP FOR (photo 4). Missing part of the long screw on the back that would have been used to fasten to wall or furniture. I believe this may have been removed from a piece of furniture at one time. We sold another one that was just like this one except it had the additional 2-3" screw on the back (you can locate it in the sold listing if you would like to look at that).
