Description: * * * * A NICE MATCHED PAIR OF TOWLE SMALL DISHES * * * * For sale is a pair of antique solid sterling silver pierced and footed candy / nut dishes made by Towle. These attractive useful items are 4-3/8" L. by 3-1/2" W. by 2-3/8" H.; total combined weight 124 grams. The pair feature a curved oval form and with scrolling rims. Both are marked on the bottom with the Towle maker's mark and STERLING. These are in really nice vintage used condition, hand-cleaned with some old oxidation and minor surface scratches here and there. Both stand flush on plate glass with no wobble. They are monogrammed (AKC).
