This antique and spiritually powerful Sepaner keris dates from the Mataram Sultan Agung-era (17th century). I acquired this keris from the amazing collection of an Indonesian gentleman who lives in Hamburg. He descends from a long line of Empu’s and the kerisses in his collection are all rare authentic kerisses with very strong spiritual powers. Because he and his wife have a longing wish for children, and can’t have children via the natural way, they have opted for artificial insemination which they have to pay for themselves. To pay for this costly procedure he decided to sell some of his beautiful pusaka’s. The ancient wilah is forged with two pamors. At the base of the wilah pamor Nunggak semi can be admired, that turns into pamor Sodo Saler that runs to the tip of the wilah. Pamor Nunggak semi possesses supernatural power that amplifies the other pamor that exists on the Keris. It is sought after by traders because it is believed that it has the magic power to help them in their dealings. It is a very old pamor and it can easily be confused with Batu Lapak.
