The song is about the great fire and earthquake in San Francisco on April 18 1906. This is the rarest version with the red flames on the cover. There are condition issues with this piece because of its age and how it was stored. It is very brittle. There is paper loss, creasing, rips and light staining. This piece would look great framed and it’s condition adds to its charm I think. Measures roughly 14” x 11”. Pictures serve as additional description.
