Antique Parian Ware Victorian Hand Vase Tulip Cattails Hand Painted

Description: For sale is an amazing little vase-I believe this to be Parian Ware, though I am not sure of the manufacturer. The hand has a lovely cuff with molded lace and decoration, and a ring on the ring finger. It elegantly holds a tulip and cattails, and the cattails have had hand-painted colors added in shades of green and brown. Still retains much of the paint on the plants and the cuff. There is chipping along the rim of the vase, but I don't feel it really detracts from the beauty but adds interest to the scalloped flower petals. There is also a slight crack seen inside the vase and some on the outside first finger- I don't think it's a full break but wanted to mention it. Measures about 5" tall, 1 3/4" in diameter.
