Outside frame measures approx. 14-3/4 X 12 X 1-1/2 inches the board approx. 11-1/2 X 9 inches Looks to be from the 1920's to 40's not 100% sure on the age but defiantly antique What’s wrong with it? The painting is in pretty good condition, with some minor issues including paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, smudges, and crackling. It could also use a good cleaning. The frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, dings, scratches, and paint loss, and it needs a good cleaning as well.
