Description: This is a very unusual blue-green. The beads are slightly variegated and have an amazing greasy translucent property, see photos with light transmitted through them. Such an interesting antique bead with character. This is a handmade bead well over 100 years old, from Murano, Italy. The size is 1.0 mm average, and 35 beads per inch. This is offered in hanks that weigh approximately 2.4 grams each, some less and some weigh more. The hanks consist of four loops tied together, measuring almost 5.5" long as tied.
