Profile illustrations of most of the major monuments in Rome appear throughout, including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Temple of Vesta, and the Vatican, among others. Bordered with an index corresponding to locations on the map.A color-coded legend indicates designations within the map such as water, cultivated land, churches, hotels, and Roman ruins. Bulla published several editions of this map which can be distinguished by the development of Rome's tramway system.This is one of the earliest editions, as only the first two tramway lines are shown.
