Description: Antique Folk Art pedestal basket is brown macrame on a revolvingwood pedestal. The top is cardboard with attached feathers and wax flowers, some missing. Inside was a Scranton Pa. newspaper dated1889. 6 yarn tassels are missing, wood base has a chip on one side,The top tends to drop down into the bowl. The piece may have been a center piece and not meant to hold anything. An interesting and unique piece. 10 1/2" diameter 7 1/2" tall
