Schmidt & Co provided butchers’ supplies and equipment; Wagner (based in Sidney, Ohio) began making cast iron and aluminum products in 1890 and was known for creating the best sausage machines ever made. The Number 3 is perfect for home meat processing as well as for store display and/or demonstration. Gears are undamaged and fully functional. Two crank handles. Sausage casing spout end. Well-preserved. DIMENSIONS: The sausage cylinder is 13-1/2" long and has an inside diameter of 5”. Overall size including handles: 14”H x 32.25”W x 19”L. Without handles: 7.25”H x 27.25”W x 13”L.
