Description: This is a group of antique Train Cars, most of which were made by the Ives Toy Company of Plymouth, Conn. The Company was a maker of toys and was in business from 1868 until 1932. From 1910 to 1924 they were the leading maker of model trains in the United States. There are a variety of train car types including a mail car, passenger cars, and box cars. They are missing parts and some roofs not well attached. None have wheels. All of them have writing, somewhat intact as the photos show. The smaller car is 5 inches long on its base. The largest is just over 7 inches and may not be an Ives product. We thought someone who collects old trains might find these of interest. Pricing is a guess but we would prefer to sell them as a group. We invite your inspection of the photos and any questions. We accept returns for any reason and can ship them anywhere within the U.S. for $15.00 or less.
