The vessel appears to hold approximately 3/4 cup. From, I would guess, the early 1900s, the creamer is in very good to near excellent 'as found' condition. It does show signs of minimum handling, including some minor finish loss, but no dents or bends. The pitcher measures about 3" x about 2 1/4" diameter base. It has a weight of about 4 ounces.
