A substantial, well crafted, and heavy fixture of quality, the chandelier measures approximately 35” in length, is 16” in diameter, and weighs nearly 15 pounds. The length can be shortened if desired by removing links in the chain. With a stylish design and classic style, its beauty is enhanced with what appears to be bronze or gold polychrome enamel and the fixture has been rewired in the interest of safety and ease of installation. Expected light wear is seen to the decorative enamel and a small iron tassel that once hung at the bottom of the fixture has fallen away at some point across time, but these are available through multiple sources and it could easily be replaced. Otherwise the chandelier is in beautiful antique condition with no damage or compromising imperfections found.
