Description: Antique Flow Blue Oval Serving Plate W.H. Grindley IDRIS Approximately 14” Platter Clover & Gold This plate has been used and dose shows signs of wear. there are some small knife marks on the surface. There are no chips, cracks, and no repairs. There is a small dot of the flow blue missing from rim. The platter retains most of its original gold detailing. Some of the flow blue has lended itself to the backside of the plate. This piece is marked W.H. Grindley Co., England, IDRIS. There is an imprinted number on the back. It could be the number seven. There is a small O in blue and possibly a Z in gold. At some point an aggressive piece of tape was placed on the back of the plate. It is bearing her name M. CARRLOA? There are some manufacturers marks that were not glazed over. They also have a slight discoloration and staining from use. Please see photos as part of description. This platter is slightly over 2 pounds .
