Description: This is a unique art object that is unlike anything you might find on EBay. Artist Kat Schike took an antique wood chair and created a painting titled “La Sagrada Familia,” the Holy Family. The seat of the chair is tin and has a painting of the “Holy Family.” A tin cross and scallop design are tacked to the top of the chair. Flowers and vines are painted on the chair post. On the back rung the words “the Holy Chair Family.” The chair is 38” high. The chair seat is 18” wide at the front and 14” at the back. The tin of the seat is torn so this chair is not for seating. My suggestion is that it be hung from a hook on the wall so it can be admired at near eye height.
