Description: Antique c.1900 Masonic Compass Cast Iron Desk Thermometer Instrument The iron was cast with much more crisp detailing than you typically see on similar items from the same era. Depicting leaves, stones, Masonic compasses, and masks along the base. Measures 7 1/4" in height, 4 1/8" in width, and is 2 5/8" in depth. Very good condition with no breaks or repairs. There is some very light rust mostly on base and slightly stemming up. The thermometer seems to reading slightly under the actual temperature.
