Antique Bronze Sculpture Seated Classical Maiden signed Dumaige (1830-1888)

Description: Beautiful 19th Century Antique Bronze sculpture of a seated classical maiden signed by the French Sculptor Etienne Henri Dumaige (French 1830 - 1888). Signed: Dumaige on her draped robe (as it comes down the seat on her back side). Approx. Height: 9 in (22.5 cm), Width: 9.5 in (24 cm) and Weight: 7.2 lb (3.3 kg) It is in very good antique condition with with no scratches, ruppings, discolouration, oxidization, loosening of parts, etc. For accuracy, there is a minor spot on the top of her head that seems slightly lower than rest of head (see photos). This was not even mentioned in the listing when I bought it ~9 years ago. Has gorgeous dark brown / chocolate patina. Sculpture base has two minute brass pins that I think used to go into its original plinth (not available now). If you prefer, you can just pull them out or grind/cut them flush.
