Description: Hand Painted ( Oil, I think). Definitely old. Bought with a small collection of Division 1 Buttons. Really pretty. I did not try to clean it. 1" diameter. It was painted over a manufactured button, I think. Not seen anything similar to this, among buttons. I am just a collector and not a true button dealer.
