Description: This antique hanging light has a lot of character. It was removed from an old building decades ago and has been in storage ever since. It does have some corrosion on the metal and missing finish however, this could be touched up or just left as is. It has a very nice looking aged patina. There are four rounded internal pieces of glass that have been hand-painted on the interior. All four pieces are intact. They light up beautifully when the light is on and reveal a beautiful landscape and waterway. The light body itself measures around 17 inches from the bottom all the way to the top of the unit where the chain attaches. The chain itself is a bit rusty and dirty. The ceiling portion of the light measures about 8 inches long plus the chain. I’m not sure about the internal electrical workings. As I have shown in the photos, everything seems to work fine however it’s definitely old wiring. There is a layer of grime that should be removed however, I’m going to leave this for the buyer. I don’t think you will find another one like this anywhere as I have searched the Internet myself for it and have been unable to find the same one. Of course, I found some similar ones though. I should point out that there’s a small amount of missing paint but it’s hard to even see with it lit up. Actually, I believe it’s easier to see when the light is off. I have taken some photos of the interior where there is some missing paint. This light is being sold as is and as shown in the photos.
